STEM by Euan

Recently in primary 5 we have been studying STEM .We have had engineers in to visit we have been working particularly on engineering and inventors .STEM stands for SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING and MATHS Another thing is fitnut which means fitness and nutrition.This week we have did fitnut 3 times .There is weights ,a push up station, and a punching bag and more stuff etc. This is some photos of what we have been doing in class

STEM As i have said stem stands for SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING and MATHS.We have had Mr Cameron who was recently at a meeting in NYC who was the inventor of a patent .A patent is something you get awarded when you invent something that has never been thought of before.I am trying to invent a portable / fold up projector. SCIENCE We have been experimenting alot of things recently .We mixed water with various powders including the following: Flour Bicarbonate of soda Sugar Salt Baking Powder There were different shapes of crystals on each petri-dish. Mr Cameron Mr Cameron was the inventor of a patent .A patent is something that you are awarded when you invent something that has never been thought of before .If you ``INVENT``something that has been thought of you are fined £3,000 !!!!!!!!!
